Bring your 3-5 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, with an emphasis on one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, to this exciting opportunity. Experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions, including drafting definitive transaction agreements as well as assisting to manage all other aspects of a strategic transaction and the client relationship, would be an asset. This role is not general corporate, and you would be a full-time M&A associate.
Join our elite team of M&A lawyers! We work on some of the most exciting transactions on the planet with cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences space. As a lead associate, you will have 6-8 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Ideally, you would also have experience drafting definitive transaction agreements, leading the M&A team and supervising more junior M&A associates, and leading negotiations with transaction counterparties. This role is not general corporate, and you would be a full-time M&A associate.
The firm has an attractive opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. Under the direction of the Manager of Financial Analysis & Automation, this role will provide a chance to work as well as understand the financial reporting needs and deliver high quality analysis. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
