From day-to-day antitrust counseling and compliance to crucial bet-the-company litigation, you’ll represent companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle on deeply interesting—and critically important—legal issues.
Your work could encompass mergers and acquisitions, criminal and civil investigations by government agencies, antitrust litigation, counseling clients on matters concerning competition, and issues involving intellectual property, consumer protection, and privacy. You will be a trusted partner to your clients, advising them on competition issues through many phases of their corporate trajectory. And you’ll work across departments at Wilson Sonsini to provide the best advice from a variety of practice areas, industries, and perspectives.
You’ll learn the ins and outs of U.S. and global competition regulations from former officials who served in senior-level roles at the U.S. and European agencies. You’ll represent highly innovative tech and life sciences clients on the most complex antitrust matters in the field. You’ll take the lead on investigations as a junior associate and collaborate with your mentors to deliver the best results for your clients on the most complex legal matters in the field.
And you’ll collaborate across time zones with colleagues in New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, London, and Brussels to deliver client successes as part of a winning team.

We’re excited for you to join our world-class Antitrust practice that tackles the largest, most complex, and most high-profile antitrust merger investigations – and does so with an unmatched record of success. Our practice includes complex deals involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer product industries with a deal flow that is among the most robust in the legal industry. If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 4-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.

We are seeking attorneys with 2-4 years of firm or government agency experience to assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations and as needed on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations.
