Our practice includes complex deals involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer product industries with a deal flow that is among the most robust in the legal industry.

If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 1-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.  Experience in the tech and life sciences sector is preferred but not required. Superior academic credentials, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. 

The position can be based in New York or Washington DC.  We operate a hybrid work schedule, with our team expected to be in the office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays), but you must be flexible to potentially come in more frequently when required. 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range of $225,000 – $390,000, based on year classification.
  • Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
