This role is also accountable for providing expertise and support in the areas of security engineering, incident response and risk management. The ideal candidate will understand the information security lifecycle and how to apply a disciplined approach to security that takes the business needs of the Firm into account.
Wilson Sonsini is looking for an enthusiastic and energic Rates Administrator to join the firm’s Finance Department. This role will promote the development of Billing and eBilling workflows throughout the firm.

Our practice includes complex litigation involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation and consumer product industries, with a robust portfolio of plaintiff-side and defense-side matters. We are seeking attorneys with 1-6 years of firm or government agency experience to assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations and as needed on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations.

Our practice includes complex deals involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer product industries with a deal flow that is among the most robust in the legal industry. If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 1-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.
