You will have represented either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions as well as in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies. Your experience may include IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), at-the-market offerings, SEC compliance, disclosure, matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance.
