Desired expertise includes an ability to advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase, IPOs and equity capital markets, and public company reporting. Expect to lead EC/VC and/or capital market offerings and manage a varied team of associates that support you. We are a group of corporate generalists serving these two client bases.
