Join Our Corporate Team
Bring your 1-5 years of experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance to our dynamic Corporate Finance team in Palo Alto, San Francisco, or New York offices. You will have done borrower/issuer-side work and have experience in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, offerings of convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade notes, and other structured financial instruments. Be a part of our fast-paced, collegial and team-oriented practice.
Join Wilson Sonsini’ s ECVC practice focusing on emerging companies and the investors who support them! You will lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams and boards of directors at our company-side clients as well as our VC and other investor-side clients. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries and 4-8 years of ECVC experience would make a great addition to our team. As part of this ECVC “SWAT team,” you will foster relationships with the current and future stars of the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem. From pre-seed to pre-IPO, your work will focus on high growth businesses at all stages of their growth. You will counsel management on matters as varied as formation and exits—often on the same day. We also advise venture capital firms and a range of institutional investors investing in emerging growth companies, allowing you the opportunity to gain experience on both sides of the negotiating table.
Join Wilson Sonsini's emerging companies group, home to our deepest bench in early- and growth-stage company representation. You will work at the center of Silicon Valley's startup ecosystem, representing the founders, emerging growth companies, and venture investors building the next generation of AI and other category-defining businesses. Our clients range from stealth-mode startups to the most prominent late-stage private companies in the Valley.
You will leverage your 3-6 years of relevant corporate experience to take a leading role on the full range of strategic transactions that define a company's first decade. You will run deals, manage client relationships, mentor junior associates, and develop the judgment that comes from advising founders and boards through inflection points, from Seed stage through pre-IPO and beyond. Our collaborative team invests heavily in associate development, both on the substantive work and on the client relationships that will define your career.
Join our Boston office’s exciting Corporate practice, representing the most cutting-edge clients in the world. You will have 4-6 years of experience in: venture financings; private equity; representing private companies in general corporate matters; and/or private company mergers and acquisitions. We value highly skilled communicators who work well as a team.
