If you have extensive public company and capital market experience, we want to hear from you. Bring your 3+ years of experience in capital markets transactions and public company reporting compliance and governance, in the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, and with issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions to our team in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Austin. Bring your 2-4 years of law firm experience to our dynamic NY Corporate team. You will have represented either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions as well as in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies. Your experience may include IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), at-the-market offerings, SEC compliance, disclosure, matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance.
Join our Washington D.C. Corporate team, representing innovative technology and life sciences companies. You will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, securities, or public finance. You will have the opportunity to advise clients throughout their full life cycle, from incorporation to exit, often serving as outside general counsel. You will be involved in day-to-day counseling and direct interaction with management teams, negotiating and advising companies and investors in equity financings, and guiding clients through strategic transactions and acquisitions.
Our San Francisco office is seeking a corporate associate with 4-6 years of relevant corporate experience, particularly in one or more of the following areas: capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital, with a focus on representing emerging growth technology and life sciences companies.
The candidate will have the opportunity to advise clients throughout their full life cycle, from incorporation to exit, often serving as outside general counsel. This includes day-to-day counseling and direct interaction with management teams, negotiating and advising companies and investors in equity financings, and guiding clients through strategic transactions and acquisitions.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, and who is an energetic and creative problem-solver. While a technical or science degree is not required, a genuine interest in new technology and life sciences and in being part of the team helping these new technologies and life sciences companies develop and entrepreneurs thrive is important.
