Bring your 2-3 years of restructuring experience, including in-court restructurings, to this exciting opportunity in Wilmington. You will work closely with a collaborative team of attorneys who provide active mentoring and ongoing training. You will assume a high level of responsibility and direct client contact to gain a wide range of experience. Our growing and dynamic team represents clients in a broad range of industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, retail, manufacturing, transportation, energy, health care and financial services. We counsel on the full spectrum of restructuring strategies and transactions as well as insolvency and restructuring issues and corporate governance matters for distressed companies.
Our growing and dynamic team represents private and public companies, boards of directors, management, owners, creditors, lenders, investors, and acquirors in broad range of industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, retail, manufacturing, transportation, energy, health care and financial services. We counsel on the full spectrum of restructuring strategies and transactions as well as insolvency and restructuring issues and corporate governance matters for distressed companies. If you have at least five years of experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings with substantial company-side experience in addition to a mix of other representations, we want to hear from you.
Join our dynamic and fast-paced London Corporate team. You will be a collaborative contributor with creative, solution-driven problem solving and client-management skills as well as a desire to actively engage in mentoring and training junior associates. Bring your 3-5 years’ PQE focusing predominantly on M&A to this exciting role. You will preferably have experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Knowledge of cross-border M&A and market practice in tech and VC sectors will also be beneficial.
