Formed in the earliest days of Silicon Valley, Wilson Sonsini is the premier firm for clients in the technology and life sciences fields. The drivers for our growth—and our reputation—are our diverse and market-leading corporate practices.

There are two things you should know about practicing corporate law at Wilson Sonsini.

First, our training is unparalleled.

Our corporate practice encompasses a huge range of practice areas led by talented and energetic attorneys. Our sophisticated tech and life sciences clients—at every stage of growth –will become close contacts for you, and provide many opportunities for you to immediately impact their development while honing your own skills.

Second, you will never be bored.

Corporate legal work encompasses an incredible variety of clients, areas of legal knowledge, and fascinating problems to solve. You’ll build invaluable skills that will help you succeed at the firm, in-house, in board rooms, and everywhere in between. We represent the most interesting companies in the world—companies changing the world. You get to be part of that change at a very deep level.
