You will be a collaborative contributor with creative, solution-driven problem solving and client-management skills as well as a desire to actively engage in mentoring and training junior associates. Bring your 3-5 years’ PQE focusing predominantly on M&A to this exciting role. You will preferably have experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Knowledge of cross-border M&A and market practice in tech and VC sectors will also be beneficial.
