Our practice includes complex deals involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer product industries with a deal flow that is among the most robust in the legal industry. If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 4-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.

Our practice includes complex litigation involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation and consumer product industries, with a robust portfolio of plaintiff-side and defense-side matters. We are seeking attorneys with 2-4 years of firm or government agency experience to assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations and as needed on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations.
