    Wilson Sonsini’s European competition team is hiring law clerks for a six-month period starting as soon as possible. The firm offers a competitive salary package.

    Based in Brussels and London, the European competition team assists clients in the fields of merger control, cartel investigations, horizontal collaborations, vertical agreements, abuse of dominance, digital platform regulations, and other adjacent regulatory areas. Law clerks in the European competition team have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the firm’s competition practice, as well as to take on significant responsibility and work directly with senior attorneys. The European competition team values excellence and collegiality, and works closely with the firm’s global antitrust and competition practice.

We are looking for a UK qualified antitrust lawyer with at least 1-2 years of experience to join the London office to help further develop the existing antitrust practice.

We are looking for a UK qualified antitrust lawyer with at least 3-6 years of experience to join the London office to help further develop the existing antitrust practice. Experience with mergers in particular is valued and candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of EU and UK merger control and should be able to manage a merger review including leading a team of associates.
