Wilson Sonsini is seeking an enthusiastic and energic Compliance Analyst to join our growing Finance Department. This position will oversee the process of Outside Counsel Guideline review, support Finance Intake with review of new Clients and Matters and liaison on Time Entry Policy conformity. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
The IT Project Manager will serve as a critical link between the Information Technology team and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are well-defined, aligned to strategic goals, and successfully delivered. This role will operate within a PMO framework, driving governance, prioritization, and standardized delivery practices while managing a portfolio of technology and AI-related projects.
The Patents and Innovations Group at Wilson Sonsini has an opening for an IP specialist or patent agent with backgrounds in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, materials sciences, or related disciplines. Practical engineering experience, in addition to working knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) and its applications, would be strongly preferred. A demonstrable interest in the life sciences either from industry or educational experience is also preferred. Advanced degrees are required, and prior patent agent, law firm, or industry experience is a plus.
Wilson Sonsini has an exciting opening for an experienced Billing Representative to join our growing finance team. This senior position is the key support role within the Billing Services group, responsible for the handling of many administrative functions including assisting with prebill distribution, sending bills to clients and other support activities. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
