Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Pricing Analyst. This position will support the annual rate setting and rate negotiation processes, while continually working to refine pricing infrastructure as well as develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support lawyer pricing requests and other pricing projects and initiatives. The Senior Pricing Analyst will work closely with others in the Finance department to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions.
Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations. This role will develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support partner pricing requests and other Pricing/LPM projects and initiatives. This position will work closely with others in the Finance department, particularly Legal Project Management (LPM), to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions. This position is available as a fully remote or hybrid opportunity.
The firm is actively seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Finance team. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a firm that focuses on achieving financial goals, skill development and departmental collaboration. This position will be responsible for managing client account portfolios and will interface extensively with our clients, our partnership and firm senior management. This role is available as a hybrid work schedule.
Our nationally recognized tax attorneys leverage their wide-ranging expertise in federal, state, and international tax law to advise innovative and dynamic clients throughout their stages of development. Our team works closely with the M&A practice on a myriad of domestic and international transactions as well as counsels clients on equity and debt financings, tax planning and licensing and collaboration agreements. Be a part of this fast-paced, engaging team. You will need at least 5 years of tax experience and to be a strong written and oral communicator.
