High-profile litigation. Groundbreaking life sciences technologies. Midtown skylines. And so much more. Our New York office: if you can make it here…

This is where everything you hoped for from a career in the law comes together: titans of industry, cutting-edge technology and innovation, high-stakes legal work, and a bustling city lifestyle with all the arts, culture, and great food you can handle.

Our New York office brings the best of Wilson Sonsini to the Big Apple, and the firm’s full suite of capabilities are represented here: litigation, corporate and transactions, and regulatory.

But New York offers more than just exciting legal work. It gives you access to incredible experience in a host of exciting, evolving industries: life sciences and technology (of course—we’re Wilson Sonsini), investment banking and financial services, communications and networking, media and entertainment, consumer retail, and more.

Our New York summer class usually consists of up to 10 associates, primarily focused on our antitrust, corporate, IP litigation, patents, and white collar practices.
