Our nationally recognized tax attorneys leverage their wide-ranging expertise in federal, state, and international tax law to advise innovative and dynamic clients throughout their stages of development. Our team works closely with the M&A practice on a myriad of domestic and international transactions as well as counsels clients on equity and debt financings, tax planning and licensing and collaboration agreements. Be a part of this fast-paced, engaging team. You will need at least 4-6 years of tax experience and to be a strong written and oral communicator.

Join our elite team of M&A lawyers! We work on some of the most exciting transactions on the planet with cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences space. Bring your 3-5 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, with an emphasis on one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, to this exciting opportunity. Experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions, including drafting definitive transaction agreements as well as assisting to manage all other aspects of a strategic transaction and the client relationship, would be an asset. This role is not general corporate, and you would be a full-time M&A associate.
