Wilson Sonsini’s Trademark and Advertising practice helps clients from AI and biotech startups to game-changing public companies build, vet, and defend their brands. Much of the work has no clear precedent, from AI-generated voices and likenesses to virtual worlds and influencer marketing, so you often advise before a problem ever reaches a courtroom.
We are looking for an associate with 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and Internet liability who wants real ownership of enforcement and dispute work. You will clear and prosecute trademarks, handle oppositions and enforcement from demand letters to federal litigation, and advise on advertising claims for clients with global ambitions. Our IT Infrastructure team is looking for a Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to help shape the firm's cloud architecture at scale. You'll own Azure DevOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, acting as the go-to technical expert bridging our Infrastructure and Applications teams. This is a chance to work hands-on with Microsoft's cloud ecosystem, Azure, Power Platform, Graph API, and emerging AI tools, while helping define how a 1,100-attorney global firm builds and secures its technology foundation.
