Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for leading the Regulatory practice’s marketing and business development plans. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp on the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity and National Security work, an insatiable drive to identify new ideas and opportunities that expand our work globally, and a high comfort level working in an entrepreneurial environment. This position will work closely with the Partners in the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, National Security, and FDA practices.
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Patents and Innovation group has an immediate opening for a Patent Transfer Specialist. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable regarding aspects of patent prosecution and the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) System and Electronic Filing System (EFS). Knowledge regarding a calendaring system is required and knowledge of Computer Packages Inc.'s (CPI) calendaring system is a plus.

Our practice includes complex litigation involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation and consumer product industries, with a robust portfolio of plaintiff-side and defense-side matters. We are seeking attorneys with 1-6 years of firm or government agency experience to assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations and as needed on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations.

If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 1-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.
