Join Wilson Sonsini’s ECVC practice to focus on emerging companies and the investors who support them! You will lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams and boards of directors at our company-side clients as well as interact directly with our VC and other investor-side clients. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries and 4-6 years of ECVC experience would make a great addition to our team.
Join a team that has played a central role in shaping the legal landscape for the online world and routinely tackles cutting-edge legal issues, from the earliest battles over the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, to today’s disputes over privacy, copyright online, and free speech. Wilson Sonsini's Accelerated Consideration for Employment (ACE) program is an opportunity for applicants with a serious interest in our firm to get a decision from us on an earlier timeline. Through ACE, candidates who have thoroughly researched and are confident in their choice can start the application process earlier and move through quickly.
ACE applications are open until May 17th and we are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Screening interviews begin on May 27th and callback interviews begin on June 2nd. Please contact us if you need an earlier response. You will need to submit your Fall Semester grades as part of this application, and we'll collect Spring Semester grades at a later time. Our general Summer Associate application opens on May 18th.
