Wilson Sonsini is seeking an enthusiastic and energic Compliance Analyst to join our growing Finance Department. This position will oversee the process of Outside Counsel Guideline review, support Finance Intake with review of new Clients and Matters and liaison on Time Entry Policy conformity. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.

You will join Wilson Sonsini’s Real Estate team and work in close collaboration not only with your Real Estate colleagues, but also with our M&A and Energy & Climate Solutions teams. You will have at least 5 years of transactional and regulatory experience in environmental law, with a focus on transactional due diligence, contract negotiation, and assessment of environmental regulatory compliance.
The IT Project Manager will serve as a critical link between the Information Technology team and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are well-defined, aligned to strategic goals, and successfully delivered. This role will operate within a PMO framework, driving governance, prioritization, and standardized delivery practices while managing a portfolio of technology and AI-related projects.
The Patents and Innovations Group at Wilson Sonsini has an opening for an IP specialist or patent agent with backgrounds in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, materials sciences, or related disciplines. Practical engineering experience, in addition to working knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) and its applications, would be strongly preferred. A demonstrable interest in the life sciences either from industry or educational experience is also preferred. Advanced degrees are required, and prior patent agent, law firm, or industry experience is a plus.
