Looking for an opportunity to resolve new and challenging tax issues in an exciting and growing practice? Our London office is seeking a solution-focused team player with a flexible mindset and the ability to clearly and confidently communicate. You will build relationships working directly with clients as well as while providing support to our other teams. Requiring technical knowledge of all areas of tax law relevant to M&A transactions (at the corporate and individual level) and international business structuring, and experience of tax advisory work and transactional support, the ideal candidate will be able to explain tax issues at a number of levels – switching comfortably between explaining these in pure commercial terms to investors and founders and engaging in detailed technical discussion with in-house tax team members. Your work will involve M&A transactions, venture capital finance, international business structuring for clients which are highly internationally mobile, UK/US advisory work in conjunction with the US tax practice, and funds tax. Apply now if you are UK qualified, hold or are eligible for a valid Solicitors Practising Certificate, have 2-5 years PQE or equivalent experience, and have the passion to take your career to the next level.
