Attorneys in the ECS group pioneered the utility-scale wind and solar industries, helped create residential solar, energy storage, EV charging and carbon removal industries, and are working with project developers, sponsors and investors in across the broad range of clean technologies throughout the United States and abroad. We do not represent the oil and gas industry, LNG terminals or pipeline owners, or vertically-integrated utilities that resist the energy transition, competition, or the climate imperative.
