We represent new space companies, service providers, device makers, investors and others on wide-ranging business and regulatory issues from classic FCC regulation to trade and security concerns. As a mid- to senior-level Federal Communications Commission (FCC) associate, you will have experience advising commercial space companies before the FCC, as well as with telecommunications regulatory work more broadly, and a demonstrated interest in national security matters.
