We are searching for an associate/counsel with 4-8 years of experience in engineering and construction law matters and commercial procurement contracts in energy and infrastructure project development to join the firm’s Energy and Climate Solutions (ECS) Group. The ECS Group is a dynamic mission-driven practice where opportunities to work on cutting edge, complex, and often first-of-a-kind projects are commonplace. Typical projects include solar PV, stand-alone battery storage, solar PV + storage, wind, geothermal, nuclear, carbon capture and storage, direct air capture, carbon removal, biomass, transportation fuels, EV charging, hydrogen, fuel cells, combined heat and power, renewable chemicals, data centers, and transmission.
Preferred locations are San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., New York, Salt Lake City, or Boston.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $310,000 – $435,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
