With one of the top life sciences practices in the city and the region, Wilson Sonsini’s Boston office offers exciting opportunities in a range of corporate, patent, transactions, and regulatory practices.

Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and universities in and around the area, our Boston team represents innovators in several industries, including life sciences, technology, sustainability, clean energy, and financial services.

Our Boston office’s clients range from early-stage start-ups to public companies, as well as their board and management teams. We also represent leading venture capital and private equity firms, along with other investor institutions.

Because our team is advancing companies in new markets worldwide, our Boston-based attorneys represent clients in their most important matters, including with respect to the development of their intellectual property portfolios, preferred stock financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures and strategic partnering agreements.

Our Boston summer program typically brings in five to 10 summer associates in our corporate, energy and climate solutions, patents and innovations, or technology transactions practices.
