Wilson Sonsini has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Security Engineer to support our firm's information security monitoring and response activities. This role is also accountable for providing expertise and support in the areas of security engineering, incident response and risk management. The ideal candidate will understand the information security lifecycle and how to apply a disciplined approach to security that takes the business needs of the Firm into account.
The Firm is seeking a Filing Specialist to join the patent litigation department. The primary day-to-day functions of the position include assisting attorneys and case teams by filing and lodging documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit (CAFC). The role will additionally assist the group with internal docketing processes, maintain such internal docketing processes, and work closely with the firm’s litigation calendaring tools and team. An important function in this role will be to assist in training other administrative support staff in e-Filing, docketing, and related administrative tasks.
Wilson Sonsini is looking for an enthusiastic and energic Rates Administrator to join the firm’s Finance Department. This role will promote the development of Billing and eBilling workflows throughout the firm.

Our global life sciences practice, one of the largest in the U.S., offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of companies, including medical devices, drugs, biologics, diagnostics, digital health, research tools, cosmetics, dietary supplements, wellness products, and other consumer products.
We are looking for a senior FDA regulatory counsel with at least 10 years of industry experience in drug/biologics development, including deep expertise in FDA regulation of drugs, biologics, cellular and gene therapy products to join our team. You will also support corporate teams in M&As, asset deals, IPOs, and other complex transactions, and patent teams in areas where FDA regulation overlap with patent strategy. You may sit in Seattle, Washington DC, Boston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or San Diego; other locations considered for exceptional candidates.
