Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.

Candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries and 4-8 years of ECVC experience would make a great addition to our team. As part of this ECVC “SWAT team,” you will foster relationships with the current and future stars of the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem. From pre-seed to pre-IPO, your work will focus on high growth businesses at all stages of their growth. You will counsel management on matters as varied as formation and exits—often on the same day.
