Our practice includes complex deals involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer product industries with a deal flow that is among the most robust in the legal industry. If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 3-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.

Join Wilson Sonsini’ s ECVC practice focusing on emerging companies and the investors who support them! You will lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams and boards of directors at our company-side clients as well as our VC and other investor-side clients. If you want to lead and deepen our practice, we want to hear from you. Your 4-6 years of fund formation experience will include working with sponsors in connection with the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds, and representing investors in private investment funds as well as advising our clients on all aspects of their investment programs and the related legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

You will need an understanding of blockchain technology and markets as well as 3-6 years of experience advising crypto and web3 companies on transactions including: venture capital financings; crypto token, digital asset and NFT issuances; primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets; or creation of offshore structures related to crypto token and digital asset issuances.
