Your 8+ years of extensive fund formation experience will include working with sponsors in connection with the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds, and representing investors in private investment funds as well as advising our clients on all aspects of their investment programs and the related legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

As part of our Seattle office’s Corporate team, you will advise clients throughout their full life cycle, from incorporation to exit. You will often serve as outside general counsel, including day-to-day counseling and direct interaction with management teams, negotiating and advising companies and investors in equity financings, and guiding clients through strategic transactions and acquisitions.

If you have extensive public company and capital market experience, we want to hear from you. Bring your 5+ years of experience in public company reporting compliance and governance, in the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, and with issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions to our team in Palo Alto or San Francisco.
