We are looking for a 2nd to 4th year associate to join our Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team to play a key role in our cybersecurity and incident response practice.
Our team advises innovative companies as they confront cybersecurity incidents and other complex privacy and cybersecurity issues. We represent clients in connection with major security incidents, provide counseling on best practices and regulatory compliance, and provide cybersecurity expertise to companies engaging in technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions. We also advise cybersecurity companies on legal compliance related to security research and threat intelligence activities.
We are looking for a junior to mid-level associate to take on significant responsibility within the group and to help us continue to grow the practice to serve leading technology companies as they navigate the ever-increasing complexity of cybersecurity regulation.
We value relevant cybersecurity and privacy experience within state or federal government agencies. Experience with incident response, cybersecurity investigations, or cybersecurity counseling is also a plus.
Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Successful candidates may sit in Washington DC, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Austin, Boston, Century City, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, or Seattle.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $235,000 – $310,000, based on year classification.
