Located in the capital of Texas, our Austin office tailors our full range of legal services to the needs of technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development. Joining the Austin team means you will be given fast-paced, exciting work from day one, working with start-ups, entrepreneurs, and venture capital firms.
In addition to representing clients in a broad range of corporate, securities, M&A, and other transactions-related matters, our Austin attorneys advise on governance, employment, privacy and IP, including IP licensing and commercial contracts. Our team also includes experienced litigators who represent clients in complex IP, employment, trade secret, and other commercial disputes.
In Austin, our summer associate program typically recruits two to five summers, focusing on our corporate and technology transactions practices.
