Wilson Sonsini is looking for an enthusiastic and energic Rates Administrator to join the firm’s Finance Department. This role will promote the development of Billing and eBilling workflows throughout the firm.
The Manager, Security & Privacy Compliance is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day implementation of compliance related policies, plans, and procedures at both the department and firm level. The position also focuses on third-party vendor compliance, data compliance for the California Privacy Rights Act and General Data Protection Regulation, third-party Business Impact Analysis processes, as well as tracking the implementation and compliance with client requirements. This role will serve as the liaison to the Office of the General Council for security and privacy related matters associated with vendor contracts and associated data security and privacy agreements.
The Enterprise Applications Engineer will help implement the technology initiatives and support the vendor-based technology roadmap. The Enterprise Applications Engineer will manage and provide technical leadership of projects involving large-scale, complex, and highly analytical tasks. This individual will be a full stack developer and will serve as an expert by performing work requiring a very high level of technical knowledge of several areas. This role will design and support building key components of our application landscape.
