Wilson Sonsini’s emerging companies group is our deepest bench in early- and growth-stage company representation, advising everyone from stealth-mode startups to some of the most prominent late-stage private companies across AI, climate, fintech, and software. We are looking for a corporate associate with 3-6 years of experience to take a leading role on venture financings, formations, and M&A, running deals, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior associates while advising founders and boards through inflection points from seed stage through pre-IPO.
Prior emerging companies experience is not required, and we welcome candidates with M&A or other transactional backgrounds. As an AI Enablement Specialist at Wilson Sonsini, you’ll evaluate emerging technologies, lead pilots and proofs of concept, and turn practitioner needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions that make legal work faster and better. You’ll partner directly with attorneys, practice group leaders, technology teams, and outside vendors, then guide adoption through training and change management. If you’re a builder and translator who enjoys making new tools stick in real workflows (legal experience a plus), this fully virtual role offers a chance to have a visible impact on how the firm delivers legal services.
The firm is actively seeking a Litigation Administrative Assistant to join our Litigation group for our Palo Alto office. Get hands on experience providing high-quality administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals within the Litigation Practice Group. Experience working closely with our senior administrative professionals and attorneys. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
