Bring your 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance to our dynamic Palo Alto Corporate Finance team. You will have done borrower/issuer-side work and have experience in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, offerings of convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade notes, and other structured financial instruments. The firm has an attractive opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. Under the direction of the Manager of Financial Analysis & Automation, this role will provide a chance to work as well as understand the financial reporting needs and deliver high quality analysis. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
As a Corporate Department Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the Corporate Department runs, including driving efficiency, improving communication, and enabling teams to work smarter. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, identifying gaps and building practical solutions across core operational functions.

While the core work experience remains consistent, Fellows return for a second summer (2027) already familiar with our teams and culture. This allows for deeper integration, stronger mentoring relationships, and enhanced readiness for post-graduate practice.
