This role works closely with attorneys and business teams to keep conflicts clearance moving efficiently. You’ll review conflicts daily, apply sound legal judgment, and provide clear, practical guidance aligned with professional responsibility rules and Firm policies.
Bring your 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance to our dynamic Palo Alto Corporate Finance team. You will have done borrower/issuer-side work and have experience in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, offerings of convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade notes, and other structured financial instruments. Be a part of our fast-paced, collegial and team-oriented practice.
The firm has an attractive opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. Under the direction of the Manager of Financial Analysis & Automation, this role will provide a chance to work as well as understand the financial reporting needs and deliver high quality analysis. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
As a Corporate Department Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the Corporate Department runs, including driving efficiency, improving communication, and enabling teams to work smarter. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, identifying gaps and building practical solutions across core operational functions.
