Our team primarily works on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions as well as the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions. Wilson Sonsini has an exciting opening for an experienced Billing Representative to join our growing finance team. This senior position is the key support role within the Billing Services group, responsible for the handling of many administrative functions including assisting with prebill distribution, sending bills to clients and other support activities. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
The Transactional Quantitative Analyst provides analytical support to the firm’s transactional practice, focusing on venture capital and M&A matters. Working under the guidance of corporate attorneys, the analyst will collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and will develop modeling approaches to support transaction strategy and execution.
The Website and Content Specialist helps shape and elevate the firm’s digital presence across wsgr.com, as well as external microsites and blogs. Working closely with the Website Manager, this role drives impactful content updates and implements SEO/GEO strategies that boost visibility, engagement, and traffic.
