We want to hear from you if you have 1-2 years of patent prosecution law firm experience, patent bar membership, and a background in one of the following fields: physics, applied physics, engineering physics, physical chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials sciences, or related disciplines.
Working knowledge or practical experience in one of the following areas is strongly preferred: artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) and its applications, solid state physics, quantum computing, nuclear physics, semiconductors, and optics.
Advanced degrees and prior patent agent experience are preferred; however, we will consider anyone with a B.S./B.A with relevant experience. We also are seeking candidates with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $225,000 – $310,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
