Seattle has long been known as an incubator for innovation, technology, and brand names that change the world, and Wilson Sonsini is proud to be part of that tradition.

Our Seattle team focuses on forming and growing tech and life sciences start-ups; negotiating venture financings; and advising on important transactions—including strategic alliances, joint ventures, project development deals, and other financing arrangements.

As part of this innovation-focused legal team, you’ll gain broad experience and invaluable perspective in the tech and life sciences industries.

We also represent clients in a range of corporate matters, IP issues, energy projects, litigation and disputes, and investigations. Our Seattle office also represents clients based—and doing business—in Latin America.

Each year, our Seattle office brings in four to six summer associates to work with our corporate, M&A, and biotech transactions practices.

Help protect the firm and our clients’ most sensitive information by owning two high-impact security programs: vulnerability management and privileged access. You’ll decide what really needs fixing first, lock down who holds the keys to our most critical systems, and partner with IT teams to close the gaps. Your work will directly shape how leadership, clients, and auditors see the firm’s security posture, and you’ll see the results of your efforts.

When a trial is days away or an attorney is minutes from a client call, the person who gets their tech working is a hero. As a member of our IT support team, you’ll deliver white glove, hands-on help to attorneys and staff, from desktops and conference rooms to the occasional trial site. If you enjoy solving problems in person and leaving people better off than you found them, we’d love to meet you.
