The firm has a wonderful opportunity for a Patent Prosecution Specialist to join our Patents and Innovations team. This role provides first-hand experience to be responsible for assigned tasks and receive direction and guidance from our attorneys, patent agents, IP specialists, and the department leadership team. This position is available as both a hybrid and fully virtual work schedule.
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to play a critical role in protecting the Firm’s global technology environment. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on security leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, strengthening defenses, and responding decisively to evolving threats. Partnering closely with the Director of Security Engineering and Operations, you’ll shape security strategy, lead incident response, and drive continuous improvement across our security architecture and operations.
As part of our Seattle office’s Corporate team, you will advise clients throughout their full life cycle, from incorporation to exit. You will often serve as outside general counsel, including day-to-day counseling and direct interaction with management teams, negotiating and advising companies and investors in equity financings, and guiding clients through strategic transactions and acquisitions.

You will have 4-6 years of experience in any of the following areas: capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital, with a focus on representing emerging growth technology and life sciences companies. The firm’s Legal Project Management (LPM) team delivers data insights and process improvements that support both legal practitioners and business services. The Senior Manager, Legal Project Management will lead the Legal Project Management function by managing matter setup, budgeting, tracking, and reporting among other LPM-related responsibilities. The Senior Manager will also drive projects that support the practice of law by enhancing lawyer efficiency and effectiveness and improving client service. This position is available as a fully remote.
