Wilson Sonsini’s Energy & Climate Solutions practice is seeking associates with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our industry-leading energy regulatory practice. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing and drafting project development contracts, including power purchase agreements and other offtake arrangements, negotiating commercial and joint venture agreements, and supporting project and portfolio acquisitions and related financing transactions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most consequential projects shaping today’s energy industry. This position will involve daily direct contact with a wide range of clients, Wilson Sonisini’s partners, and counterparty counsel, so strong communication and project management skills are required.
