The firm is seeking a Billing Services Representative to join our growing Client Accounting team in our London office. The primary function of the Billing Representative is to prepare and edit prebills and generate client invoices for assigned attorneys.
The Pricing team supports lawyers with the full spectrum of pricing needs, including rate management and negotiation, the creation and management of alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), development of product pricing strategies and innovative approaches to important business issues that impact client acquisition, retention, and profitability. Our London office is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Risk and Compliance Analyst will undertake a broad range of tasks primarily relating to conflicts and anti-money laundering (AML) processes such as client due diligence (CDD), risk assessments, monitoring and reporting, and running conflict of interest reports. This role requires risk-based analysis and decision making and proactive collection and validation of required information to support timely client on-boarding and matter processing in-line with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for client on-boarding and matter processing, conducting periodic reviews and assisting senior management with other compliance activities as required.
