Wilson Sonsini is one of the world’s leading law firms for tech companies, and we are committed to helping UK and European tech companies compete and win on the global stage.

Since opening in London, we’ve focused on offering Silicon Valley-style business and legal advice to UK and European tech companies.

We understand what it takes for tech companies to thrive, so we’ve built an integrated, US/UK-qualified, transatlantic deal team under one roof, with the core strategic skill sets that UK and European tech companies need to grow their businesses. More than half of the attorneys in our London office are US lawyers, a highly unusual set up that brings unique service to our clients.

Our team offers international experience to support the growth of UK and European tech companies—from launching, scaling, and raising capital to exiting via M&A, IPO, or otherwise—with a particular focus on UK and European tech companies exploring US expansion, fundraising, or exit.
