    Looking for an opportunity to resolve new and challenging tax issues in an exciting and growing practice? Our London office is seeking a solution-focused team player with a flexible mindset and the ability to clearly and confidently communicate. You will build relationships working directly with clients as well as while providing support to our other teams. You will also be able to explain tax issues at a number of levels – switching comfortably between explaining these in pure commercial terms to investors and founders and engaging in detailed technical discussion with in-house tax team members. Your work will involve M&A transactions, venture capital finance, international business structuring for clients which are highly internationally mobile, UK/US advisory work in conjunction with the US tax practice, and funds tax.     Join our dynamic and fast-paced London Corporate team. You will be a collaborative contributor with creative, solution-driven problem solving and client-management skills as well as a desire to actively engage in mentoring and training junior associates. Bring your 3-5 years’ PQE focusing predominantly on M&A to this exciting role. You will preferably have experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Knowledge of cross-border M&A and market practice in tech and VC sectors will also be beneficial.
