Seattle has long been known as an incubator for innovation, technology, and brand names that change the world, and Wilson Sonsini is proud to be part of that tradition.

Our Seattle team focuses on forming and growing tech and life sciences start-ups; negotiating venture financings; and advising on important transactions—including strategic alliances, joint ventures, project development deals, and other financing arrangements.

As part of this innovation-focused legal team, you’ll gain broad experience and invaluable perspective in the tech and life sciences industries.

We also represent clients in a range of corporate matters, IP issues, energy projects, litigation and disputes, and investigations. Our Seattle office also represents clients based—and doing business—in Latin America.

Each year, our Seattle office brings in four to six summer associates to work with our corporate, M&A, and biotech transactions practices.
