The firm is seeking a Patent Docketing Specialist to join our Intellectual Property docketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining all aspects of the patent computerized docket system, working closely with practice group lawyers, staff, and third-party docketing vendors to ensure efficient and effective patent support services. The ideal candidate will have experience with CPI, USPTO PAIR, as well as US, PCT, and foreign patent docketing procedures.
The Client Success Training and Outreach Specialist is responsible for ensuring an effortless and user-friendly experience for both internal and external end-users of the Firm’s innovation and digital programs. The Client Success Training and Outreach specialist will handle training, outreach, and promoting the use of Innovation Department products, while also handling inbound client success tickets as needed. The ideal candidate for this role will have a mixture of experience in a law firm setting, SaaS, sales/marketing, training, and account management.

We are looking for a tax associate with 3-6 years of substantial renewable energy project finance transactional experience at a major law firm. You must have experience representing sponsors, investors and/or tax credit buyers in tax equity and tax credit transfer transactions with respect to solar, wind, or energy storage project assets. Associates will have an opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and to be part of a collaborative team of attorneys. You will be given the opportunity to assume a high level of responsibility and client contact as well as gain a wide range of tax experience working with some of the project finance industry’s leading and most innovative companies.
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Patents and Innovation group has an immediate opening for a Patent Transfer Specialist. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable regarding aspects of patent prosecution and the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) System and Electronic Filing System (EFS). Knowledge regarding a calendaring system is required and knowledge of Computer Packages Inc.'s (CPI) calendaring system is a plus.
