Wilson Sonsini’s Trademark and Advertising practice is looking for an associate with 1-3 years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and Internet liability issues; will focus on trademark counseling, prosecution, enforcement, and transactional work, as well as advertising counseling and disputes, domain disputes, social media guidance, marketing trends and other cutting-edge issues in soft IP.
Superior academic credentials, enthusiasm for the subject matter, and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
The successful candidate may sit in San Francisco, Palo Alto or Seattle.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $225,000 – $260,000, based on year classification.
