With one of the largest and most sophisticated life sciences patent teams in Southern California, we handle the full range of patent counseling and litigation. Our team of recognized patent experts helps build new business models for pioneering life science and technology companies, consults on patent strategies, handles patent litigation, and helps secure technology licensing from universities and other institutions.
From facilitating startup corporate formation to venture capital and other financing to strategic partnerships and IPOs and public company representation, you will have the opportunity to be part of the full business life cycle in the life sciences and technology industries.
And the team is eager to meet you. Our San Diego office is a great location for summer associates: we typically hire four to eight each year, focusing on our corporate, patents and patent litigation, and biotech transactions practices.

The firm’s finance department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pricing Manager (Corporate) to join the team. This role will provide an opportunity to lead and manage all Corporate pricing requests for the firm and will liaise directly with the newly formed Corporate Pricing Committee. The role will manage the Corporate pricing team as well as work with Finance leadership to create and refine pricing infrastructure. This position is available as a fully remote work schedule.
