With one of the largest and most sophisticated life sciences patent teams in Southern California, we handle the full range of patent counseling and litigation. Our team of recognized patent experts helps build new business models for pioneering life science and technology companies, consults on patent strategies, handles patent litigation, and helps secure technology licensing from universities and other institutions.
From facilitating startup corporate formation to venture capital and other financing to strategic partnerships and IPOs and public company representation, you will have the opportunity to be part of the full business life cycle in the life sciences and technology industries.

The firm is actively seeking a Senior Practice Manager to join the Patents and Innovation group. This role reports directly to the Chief Practice Officer and offers a high-visibility position and is a crucial need for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the patent department. This role will provide opportunities to collaborate closely with the Chief Practice Officer to drive excellence in staff performance, enhance process efficiency, and ensure the department meets evolving client and business needs.
Wilson Sonsini is currently seeking a Temporary Billing Services Representative to join our growing Client Accounting team for approximately 3-4 months. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands on experience primary working on preparing and editing prebills and generate client invoices for our world class attorneys, who will be assigned to you. This role is a hybrid work schedule and can be in any of our U.S. offices.
Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Conflicts Attorney. This role will be responsible for assisting with the review, identification and resolution of any potential conflicts issues with respect to clients, matters, and new hires. The Conflicts Attorney will also be conducting comprehensive reviews of firm conflicts of interest reports. The daily hours for this role are 4:00 - 9:00pm (PST).

This role will be responsible for assisting with the review, identification and resolution of any potential conflicts issues with respect to clients, matters, and new hires. The Senior Conflicts Attorney will also be conducting comprehensive reviews of firm conflicts of interest reports. Prior Conflicts Attorney experience is required for this role.
