Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Pricing Analyst. This position will support the annual rate setting and rate negotiation processes, while continually working to refine pricing infrastructure as well as develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support lawyer pricing requests and other pricing projects and initiatives. The Senior Pricing Analyst will work closely with others in the Finance department to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions.

This role will develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support partner pricing requests and other Pricing/LPM projects and initiatives. This position will work closely with others in the Finance department, particularly Legal Project Management (LPM), to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions. This position is available as a fully remote or hybrid opportunity.

This position requires a dynamic individual with extensive expertise in cloud-based web development and web architecture, automation engineering, and a desire to learn new technologies and deliver cost effective solutions. Experience with .NET, React.js, HTML5, JQuery and JavaScript are all required areas to be successful in this role. Proficiency with AI frameworks are additionally beneficial in this position.
