The AI Systems Manager (ASM) will help lead the firm’s enterprise artificial intelligence platform function, with direct responsibility for the administration, adoption and governance of the firm’s AI systems at enterprise scale. The ASM oversees the full range of firm-wide AI tools, including chat-based, agentic and developer-facing products, and is accountable for ensuring these platforms remain secure, well-governed, cost-effective and broadly adopted throughout the enterprise.
Join our dynamic and thriving Privacy and Cybersecurity team to play a key role in our cyber incident response, crisis management, and regulatory defense practice. We advise companies as they confront cybersecurity incidents and other complex privacy and cybersecurity issues; represent clients in connection with investigations related to cybersecurity, AI, and privacy; provide counseling on best practices and regulatory compliance; and provide cybersecurity expertise to companies engaging in technology and corporate transactions. We also advise cybersecurity companies on legal compliance related to security research and threat intelligence activities.
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Vendor Management Counsel to join its Office of the General Counsel (OGC). The OGC manages the full spectrum of legal matters arising from the firm's own operations—from commercial and vendor relationships to regulatory compliance, employment, and risk management. . This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-volume, varied contracting practice within a sophisticated internal legal team.
Our Technology Transactions Group offers an excellent opportunity for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals with a strong interest in technology companies at all stages of growth to help build and grow an established and dynamic national practice group. Our team primarily works on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions as well as the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions.
