In addition to representing clients in a broad range of corporate, securities, M&A, and other transactions-related matters, our Austin attorneys advise on governance, employment, privacy and IP, including IP licensing and commercial contracts. Our team also includes experienced litigators who represent clients in complex IP, employment, trade secret, and other commercial disputes.
In Austin, our summer associate program typically recruits two to five summers, focusing on our corporate and technology transactions practices.

The Senior Lead Generation Specialist will be a key member of Wilson Sonsini’s Innovation Department, responsible for driving growth for newly introduced innovations, pricing models, and digital programs. The Senior Specialist will also be expected to grow into a broader sales role, capable of handling end-to-end client engagement from sales leads to closings. This strategic role requires a self-starting individual with strong leadership skills, who can work cross-functionally and determine how to best reach, educate, nurture, and drive action from our target client personas.

Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Conflicts Attorney. This role will be responsible for assisting with the review, identification and resolution of any potential conflicts issues with respect to clients, matters, and new hires. The Conflicts Attorney will also be conducting comprehensive reviews of firm conflicts of interest reports.

We do not represent the oil and gas industry, LNG terminals or pipeline owners, or vertically-integrated utilities that resist the energy transition, competition, or the climate imperative.
