We are a collaborative, client-focused group seeking a highly qualified candidate with 2-6 years of fund formation experience to join our growing team.
The successful candidate must have experience working with sponsors in connection with the structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds. Experience representing funds on their investment activities is a plus.
Candidates interested in the role must have comparable experience at a national or international law firm, superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $235,000 – $390,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
