We train attorneys not just on the work, but also how to build client relationships. We are looking for a corporate associate with 2-4 years of general corporate experience who is ready to jump in and learn. You will gain deep and broad experience in venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance and SEC reporting. We bring clients into the firm at all stages of their growth and represent them through the full life cycle approach. This is a highly collaborative group with team members who train and support one another.
