Join Wilson Sonsini’s ECVC practice to focus on emerging companies and the investors who support them! You will lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams and boards of directors at our company-side clients as well as interact directly with our VC and other investor-side clients. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries and 5-7 years of ECVC experience would make a great addition to our team.
Join Wilson Sonsini’s Corporate Department as a Staff Attorney working closely with our clients in a team-oriented approach under the guidance of experienced attorneys. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier technology, life sciences, and growth companies. You will support private emerging companies in their formations, manage day-to-day corporate matters, and handle financing transactions, including venture capital financings. The positions are based in Boise and you must be an active membership with the Idaho bar. Bring your commitment to innovation to this exciting opportunity.
Join our elite team of corporate life sciences lawyers. We work with exciting biotech companies, guiding and supporting them from inception, through funding, and on to the IPO process and life as public company, or sale. We are looking for corporate attorneys with 6 plus years of experience for an associate or of counsel position with background and interest in the incredibly dynamic world of life sciences, including biotech, genomics, pharma, therapeutics, AI drug discovery, and more. Desired expertise includes an ability to advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase, IPOs and equity capital markets, public company reporting, and M&A. Expect to manage a varied team of associates that support you. You will gain deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market. This is a fun and collaborative group!
