Bring your 2-4 years of law firm experience to our dynamic NY Corporate team. You will have represented either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions as well as in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies. Your experience may include IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), at-the-market offerings, SEC compliance, disclosure, matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance.
