As a lead associate, you will have 6-8 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Ideally, you would also have experience drafting definitive transaction agreements, leading the M&A team and supervising more junior M&A associates, and leading negotiations with transaction counterparties. This role is not general corporate, and you would be a full-time M&A associate.
