Join our Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team, where you will advise on the full range of privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters on corporate and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other commercial and strategic transactions. You will be part of an industry leading team advising private and public companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech. If you are a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude with at least 5 years of experience, such as M&A, capital markets or technology transactions, we'd love to hear from you. CIPP certification or additional experience with technology industries, regulatory policy and enforcement or both is a plus.

Wilmington office’s close proximity to the preeminent business court in the country offers the opportunity to get involved in a range of litigation matters for our innovative technology and life sciences clients. You will focus on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is a plus. You must be barred in Delaware.
