We are seeking a corporate associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience in venture capital and/or mergers & acquisitions.
Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $235,000 – $310,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
