We are seeking a dedicated transactional tax associate with 1 – 3 years’ law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have worked on a variety of transactions involving tax credits under sections 45, 45X, 45Y, 45Z, 48 and/or 48E of the Internal Revenue Code, including tax equity and transferability transactions. Tax generalists with transactional experience who are looking to specialize may also be considered. The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with other elements of our project finance practice, including lawyers providing corporate, debt and securitization input. Preferred locations include San Francisco and Los Angeles; candidates located in other cities with firm offices will be considered.
This position will be situated in the firm’s energy and climate solutions group. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $225,000 – $260,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
