We are looking for a 3-5 year associate to join our Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Practice. Our highly experienced team deals with complex data, privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and AI regulatory issues for leading and innovative companies around the world. We regularly represent clients in high-stakes investigations brought by the FTC and state Attorneys General; provide clients with practical advice on how to collect, use, and share data and comply with complex global privacy laws; devise thoughtful and effective business and legal responses to security breaches; help clients create, enhance, and audit privacy and cybersecurity policies and programs; and develop and implement global compliance programs. Experience with technology industries, government regulation and technology, or FTC policy and enforcement regarding privacy and data security issues is desirable.
Familiarity with computer programming, network technologies, database design, and web technologies is a plus, as is CIPP certification. Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $235,000 – $365,000, based on year classification.
