Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Patents and Innovation group has an immediate opening for a Patent Transfer Specialist. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable regarding aspects of patent prosecution and the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) System and Electronic Filing System (EFS). Knowledge regarding a calendaring system is required and knowledge of Computer Packages Inc.'s (CPI) calendaring system is a plus. The responsibilities of this candidate include processing incoming and outgoing client transfers; reviewing and organizing paper and electronic files and identifying and reconciling outstanding items; confirming chain of title and inventorship; filing powers of attorney; and communicating with appropriate parties in order to facilitate the intake of IP portfolios.
The Pricing and Legal Project Management team supports attorneys with the full spectrum of pricing and legal project management needs, including the creation and management of alternative fee arrangements, rate management and negotiation, development of product pricing strategies, and novel approaches to important business problems that impact client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
The Senior Manager, Legal Project Management will lead and help jumpstart the Legal Project Management function by managing matter intake, budgeting, tracking, and reporting along with other tasks related to LPM.

Our nationally recognized tax attorneys leverage their wide-ranging expertise in federal, state, and international tax law to advise innovative and dynamic clients throughout their stages of development. Our team works closely with the M&A practice on a myriad of domestic and international transactions as well as counsels clients on tax planning. Be a part of this fast-paced, engaging team. You will need at least 5 years of tax experience and to be a strong communicator. Corporate experience is bonus, to assist clients with equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements.
