Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Pricing Analyst. This position will support the annual rate setting and rate negotiation processes, while continually working to refine pricing infrastructure as well as develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support lawyer pricing requests and other pricing projects and initiatives. The Senior Pricing Analyst will work closely with others in the Finance department to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions.
Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations. This role will develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support partner pricing requests and other Pricing/LPM projects and initiatives. This position will work closely with others in the Finance department, particularly Legal Project Management (LPM), to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions. This position is available as a fully remote or hybrid opportunity.
Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Web Applications Developer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for front end development. This position requires a dynamic individual with extensive expertise in cloud-based web development and web architecture, automation engineering, and a desire to learn new technologies and deliver cost effective solutions. Experience with .NET, React.js, HTML5, JQuery and JavaScript are all required areas to be successful in this role. Proficiency with AI frameworks are additionally beneficial in this position.
The Knowledge Management, Research & Information Services (KRIS) department has an immediate opening for a Knowledge Management Assistant. The mission of the department is to deliver more value to clients by putting the essential expertise and experience of Wilson Sonsini attorneys, along with strategically sourced legal and business research and information, at the fingertips of each attorney in the firm. We are looking for an entry-level professional to join our KRIS team to support all administrative aspects of the department’s operations, including data collection, creating presentations, and assisting with various projects to support the department and the Firm.
