The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the offer process for the lateral team and onboarding all attorney and patent agents, as well as coordinating all integration and retention efforts. Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Pricing Analyst. This position will support the annual rate setting and rate negotiation processes, while continually working to refine pricing infrastructure as well as develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support lawyer pricing requests and other pricing projects and initiatives. The Senior Pricing Analyst will work closely with others in the Finance department to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions.
