Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Pricing Analyst. This position will support the annual rate setting and rate negotiation processes, while continually working to refine pricing infrastructure as well as develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support lawyer pricing requests and other pricing projects and initiatives. The Senior Pricing Analyst will work closely with others in the Finance department to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions.
Wilson Sonsini has an immediate opening for a Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations. This role will develop, iterate, and utilize sophisticated pricing and profitability models to support partner pricing requests and other Pricing/LPM projects and initiatives. This position will work closely with others in the Finance department, particularly Legal Project Management (LPM), to further the team objective of implementing pricing and project management best practices, to ensure stakeholders are aware of the financial implications of pricing, process management, and staffing decisions. This position is available as a fully remote or hybrid opportunity.
The Client Success Training and Outreach Specialist is responsible for ensuring an effortless and user-friendly experience for both internal and external end-users of the Firm’s innovation and digital programs. The Client Success Training and Outreach specialist will handle training, outreach, and promoting the use of Innovation Department products, while also handling inbound client success tickets as needed. The ideal candidate for this role will have a mixture of experience in a law firm setting, SaaS, sales/marketing, training, and account management.
Join our team of Delaware laws experts. Wilmington office’s close proximity to the preeminent business court in the country offers the opportunity to get involved in a range of litigation matters for our innovative technology and life sciences clients. You will focus on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is a plus. You must be barred in Delaware.
