Our litigation team handles class action defense, securities litigation, and internal investigations. The Wilmington team includes two former members of the premiere business court in the country, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and two former partners from the team are now judges on the Court of Chancery and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. On our clients’ most sensitive matters, members of the Wilmington team are brought in to advise on Delaware law, corporate governance, and much more.
