We offer substantive legal training for all of our attorneys—from first-year associates to senior partners. We take a blended approach to training, incorporating multi-day conference-style academies, online self-directed courses, live webcasts, interactive workshops, booster training sessions, just-in-time microlearning videos and interactive eLearning modules.
- 100-Level Series: Introduces an overview of the firm’s practices and provides knowledge and resources needed to ensure success as a junior associate.
- 200-Level Series: Provides mid-level associates a more in-depth understanding of key components of and strategies behind deals, matters, and cases, as well as technical points of law and practice affecting our clients.
- 300-Level Series: Follows trending practice topics to analyze and apply learning at the senior attorney and member levels.
- eLearning and External Content: Our on-demand learning portal provides online access to recordings of our internal classes and we offer access to the best external content available as well. Experienced attorneys are also encouraged to attend outside seminars and conferences.

Many of our 100- and 200-level classes are created and taught by associates—and they receive billable hour credit for their efforts!
