We are seeking associates who are completing a top clerkship, or who are looking to lateral with 2-6 years of broad-based experience in civil litigation and/or white collar defense and related investigations.
Clients span a broad range of industries including technology, pharma, biopharma, and life sciences.
We are looking for candidates who have handled meaningful responsibility early, whether at a top law firm or in a demanding clerkship. This is a team that tries cases and litigates matters where the stakes are real for the client and for the lawyers handling them. What will distinguish a candidate is sound judgment, rigorous writing, and the ability to think independently about a problem rather than just execute tasks.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the strong academic record expected of candidates at this level.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $235,000 – 390,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
