The positions are based in Boise, Idaho and involve working closely with our clients in a team-oriented approach under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Leveraging our proprietary platform, you will support private emerging companies in their formations, manage day-to-day corporate matters, and handle financing transactions, including venture capital financings. You’ll also play a role in supporting business development initiatives.
Successful applicants should possess excellent teamwork abilities, enabling them to work effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and executive assistants in the department. They must also have a JD and active membership with the Idaho bar. In addition to these requirements, we’re looking for candidates with a solid academic background and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
