ACE @ Wilson: Accelerated Consideration for Employment

Recently, we created a new first step in our Summer Associate application process, the Accelerated Consideration for Employment, or “ACE” Program. Think of this as something akin to Early Action applications for university—an opportunity for applicants to show serious interest in Wilson Sonsini and get a decision from us on a much earlier timeline.

If you have done your research and know that you want to be at Wilson Sonsini, in a specific practice group, and in a specific office, this program offers you an opportunity to begin our application process earlier and move through more quickly. Moreover, by applying through ACE, you are indicating interest and intent above and beyond that of many general pool applicants and will stand out because of it. Our aim is to simplify this process for our candidates so that you can get back to making the most out of your law school experiences.

For the 2026 summer program, our ACE applications will open on March 26, 2025. We review applications on a rolling basis and schedule screening interviews in June, with the goal of making initial offers before most traditional screenings begin.

During the time when the ACE application is open, you will find it on our job postings page. Our general applications for the 2026 summer program will open on May 18, 2025.

Regardless of how you choose to apply, we look forward to meeting you soon!

Being a summer associate is like completing a long interview. Think both about the impression that you’re making on us and the impression that the firm is making on you. We will show you what it’s really like to work here and what makes Wilson Sonsini great, while you figure out if this is the place for you.
