Join our elite team of M&A lawyers! We work on some of the most exciting transactions on the planet with cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences space. As a lead associate, you will have 6-8 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Ideally, you would also have experience drafting definitive transaction agreements, leading the M&A team and supervising more junior M&A associates, and leading negotiations with transaction counterparties. This role is not general corporate, and you would be a full-time M&A associate.

Bring your 3-5 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, with an emphasis on one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, to this exciting opportunity. Experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions, including drafting definitive transaction agreements as well as assisting to managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction and the client relationship, would be an asset. This role is not general corporate, and you would be a full-time M&A associate.
