We work with exciting biotech companies, guiding and supporting them from inception, through funding, and on to the IPO process and life as public company, or sale. We are looking for corporate attorneys with 6 plus years of experience for an associate or of counsel position with background and interest in the incredibly dynamic world of life sciences, including biotech, genomics, pharma, therapeutics, AI drug discovery, and more. Desired expertise includes an ability to advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase, IPOs and equity capital markets, public company reporting, and M&A.
